Hey folks. I am John
Sizemore. I hale from a small town in West Virginia called
Clay. I have spent 20 years active duty between the Army
National Guard and the US Navy. I also spent over 3 years in
the Sand Box since I retired.
I am now starting to build my
homestead on ¾ of an acre only 4 miles from the beach and I
will take you step by step through the process.

Hey everyone I
like to call myself as the ultimate
teenager. Young enough to enjoy my life
and old enough to afford it. And most of
all smart enough to not have a hangover
afterwards. If you want full time summer
time we have that here. If you want
mountain streams and pristine lakes you
found it.
Since this is a
Caribbean island the beaches are
obvious.
I have pretty much
left this site alone for the last three
years while I was getting the last of my
sand box fetish over with. I am home now
and living day to day. I am rebuilding
my website to make available the
information needed for you to start your
own Dominican Lifestyle.
